The Cinnamon Snail: a trendy, up-and-coming vegan spot in the heart of NYC.
The Cinnamon Snail is most famous for their INCREDIBLE food trucks, launched in 2010 by Chef Adam Sobel. Their team loves to roam the city and New Jersey area. The Cinnamon Snail has additionally opened a location at The Pennsy Local Food Hall. This outstanding spot that we had the pleasure of visiting is located in the perfect area: just a couple steps from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, and many transit stops.
The Cinnamon Snail serves "samwiches," bowls, donuts and pastries (ALL VEGAN!) made fresh daily. We had the pleasure of sampling some of their donuts last week. Take a closer look at some of the impeccable pics we shot.
We had never tried vegan donuts before, so trying these were a first for us. But OMG, they were just as incredible as a non-vegan donut, if not, EVEN BETTER! Once we tried one donut, we had to try the rest. We got the chance to taste the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cinnamon Bun, Sorrel Fig Cheesecake Donut, Pistachio Donut, the Holiday Cake and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Donut.
Pictured above is an assortment of what we sampled. We snapped these shots just outside of The Cinnamon Snail and The Pennsy with the beautiful NYC natural lighting.
Here is the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cinnamon Bun and Pistachio Donut. Mmmmmm.....
This is the Cinnamon Snail Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Donut. A donut covered with chocolate frosting and mini chocolate chips, and FILLED with chocolate frosting in the middle. YUMM.
We would like to give a huge shoutout to Adam, John and Sarah at The Cinnamon Snail for hooking us up last week with some FANTASTIC donuts and pastries. If you are ever roaming the city, or at Madison Square Garden for a night out, don't forget to stop by The Cinnamon Snail at The Pennsy! It is a super cute and casual place and has some of the most divine donuts and pastries we have ever had. AND THEY ARE ALL VEGAN!
